Visiting family for Christmas so the location was perfect. The staff was meh'. They made no attempt to welcome you and being an environment services manager and have worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, this was disappointing. However the room was clean but the bed was a disaster. I can tell you after a 13 hour drive I had hoped to get a good night's sleep. That didn't happen the entire 6 nights we were there. The beds should be thrown out and replaced. So uncomfortable. The bathroom lights were out. Only 1 of 3 bulbs worked and the mini fridge needed to be defrosted in a big way. The window from our room was in need of some serious cleaning and repairs. Complete haze/fog from moisture in-between the glass pane. The Continental breakfast was decent although all we grabbed was some juice and a muffin. They had eggs, meat, bread, and a waffle maker. It's a smoke free hotel but almost every employee you ran into was standing at the front door smoking so be prepared for a smoke cloud when you enter. All in all it was ok as we really only spent the nights there as we were here to visit family but in the future, I'd probably stay somewhere else unless updates were done. I will add that the lady doing breakfast was the most pleasant employee we came across so kudos to her for rockin' the customer service!!

Nice hotel. Clean and staff very friendly. Room was clean. Had fridge and microwave. Cleaned our room everyday. Never had a problem with anything.Nice to stay for an night or several days..Beds were comfortable and nice size rooms. We will definitely be back if we are in this area again. Right off the highway. Breakfast was good also They had a good choice. Sausage, Eggs and Waffle Maker and other things like bagels, bread, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice and cereal. Located next to a Cracker barrel which we went to, we walked right there its located right behind the hotel. Also we went Sophia's across the street. Very good. I had the chicken parmesan and my husband had a sandwich. Everything was very good and nice variety everything from wraps, burgers, pizza and pasta dinners. Theres a little shopping plaza across from the hotel. There's a dry cleaners, subway, etc if you need anything.

Good location, easy access from interstate. Next to Cracker Barrel, directly across road from very good Italian/Greek restaurant. Comfortable bed, clean room.

Everything! We stay here a lot when in the area. Love the staff, the rooms are super spacious, always clean and very comfortable. The area is very safe and well lit and there’s a Cracker Barrel 100 feet away! Could life get any better?

Comfort Inn East Windsor is close to so many food options and a Walmart just 5 minutes down the road. I checked in around 3pm on Friday and what could’ve been a difficult process the staff at the desk worked with me and made check in painless. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was phenomenal.

Staff was helpful and checked us a bit early; happy that our room was close to breakfast and entrance so my handicapped husband didn’t have to walk much. Breakfast, location, cleanliness and rates were all good.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and nice. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. We were on the second floor and I didn't hear a peep from the people above us. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I've stayed at a lot of hotels this summer and this is by far one of the best

The location is very good and even though it's ridiculously expensive for a simple room, it was clean and the back breakfast was good

Every time I am in the area (10x per year) I look forward to staying at this hotel. Everyone is so friendly and the accommodations are always superb. It really feels like a ‘home away from home’!
